Vacancy: Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen on one of The Estates Office’s Managed Estates near Oban.  With the continued development in hospitality we are now looking to fill the roll of Hospitality Lead.  

The role will include but not be limited to the following:  

• Responsible for the running of a historical family home, from laundry, cleaning cooking and serving and general maintenance

• Responsibility for all aspects of wedding and event management before, during and after.  

• Overall management of The Croft Collective from Liasing with guests before they arrive to managing bookings. Including all food and beverage shopping for guests .  

• Managing changeovers, check-ins and check out of holiday guests. Deep cleaning and property management and necessary repairs.  

The ideal candidate will:

Have a full driving license
Fluent spoken and written English  
Highly motivated with a creative flare
Previous experience necessary
High standard of work and attention to detail
No criminal record

As part of a small estates team, the successful candidate may also be required to assist in other aspects and activities on the Estate.
