The caretaker and housekeeper roles requires an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic couple with a proven track record of working in a private household, an understanding of hospitality, and the necessary flexibility and initiative to switch between looking after the family when visiting, and managing a holiday letting business and other Estate matters throughout the year.
